Les exploitations sont certifi\u00e9es HVE par un organisme de contr\u00f4le ext\u00e9rieur apr\u00e8s un accompagnement en interne de la cave \u00e0 l\u2019atteinte des objectifs. Les viticulteurs adh\u00e9rents des Vignobles de Carsac s\u2019engagent ainsi \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leurs pratiques sur 4 points contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par des indicateurs chiffr\u00e9s avec un objectif de r\u00e9sultat&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une partie biodiversit\u00e9 sur leur vignoble&nbsp;: avec le maintien et l\u2019entretien des haies, talus, arbres caract\u00e9ristiques de nos coteaux<\/li>\n<li>Une partie phytosanitaire avec un travail sur les traitements phytosanitaires herbicides et hors herbicides, un \u00e9quipement en mat\u00e9riel permettant d\u2019optimiser les traitements et d\u2019emp\u00eacher les fuites dans le milieu mais aussi la mise en place de m\u00e9thode alternative comme le biocontr\u00f4le ou le d\u00e9sherbage m\u00e9canique<\/li>\n<li>Une partie fertilisation qui assure un apport d\u2019engrais organique et min\u00e9ral coh\u00e9rent avec les besoins de la vigne.<\/li>\n<li>Pour les viticulteurs irrigants la mise en place d\u2019outils r\u00e9duisant les apports comme le goutte \u00e0 goutte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9marche est soutenue par l\u2019Agence de l\u2019Eau Rh\u00f4ne M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e Corse et la R\u00e9gion Occitanie dans le cadre d\u2019un projet PDR LR 16.7 Volet Eau.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.19.5&Prime;][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb4_4&Prime;
